Boston Market - Clifton

Pretty much the place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and eating is delicious. No matter what I get, I calm. I love the service before place and I love that they also get a lot of food for the price. great food! cleaned

When you can't even count 8 pieces, you know you have bigger problems. Small grilled chicken nugget combo comes with 8 pieces but after I started eating it, I only found 7. Really man?? What a way to make a customer feel really shitty and angry. Taste wise, it was good. It came with a cold sour cream or mayo based mildly spicy dipping sauce which added more flavor to the chicken. Not sure if it's an under staffed issue but the restroom was unclean and the entire store had no AC. I can't believe these people have to work under these conditions. And I found dirty drink cups still on the tables. Almost like they were waiting for the cleaning guy to come in for his shift to start cleaning.

I came back to BM after years and the service went well, polite people, but the minute I took a bite i saw a thick hair in the tray, I immediately closed it up and was on the verge of throwing up, I couldn't eat for several hours after that oh my goodness, it sucks that my first time back at this restaurant in years was a bad one.

I was taking literally 10 seconds to look at the menu before the worker started getting impatient and asked if I wanted half a chicken as a way to try to get me to hurry up before huffing and looking at his coworker.

Honestly not great for the price when the food has sat there all day in the hot table and there's only one worker. Usually my experiences with this company have been great but my latest lunch visit was not cool. Old sides, stale bread and slightly warm chicken. Pretty much threw away half the plate. Only giving 2 cuz the girl working was nice and the place is pretty clean
