The Cookie Factory - CLIFTON PARK

I will never come to The Cookie Factory again. the staff was incredibly rude about the mask. I have no problem wearing a mask but it becomes an issue when you tell me how to wear it.

I will not buy another thing from there again. The manager on duty Kate was terrible. Your product was good for about 2 days after that and all went Irish on me.

Everything in this load is amazing. it is expensive, but their cakes/cookies/ snacks make great party supplements. birthdays, jubilees, Valentine's Day, they have something for every occasion.

The cookies here are good the arc tie cookies only .tried fudge cookies very dry. not enough sugar in them very easy has not yet tried cake but will. they need to sweeten up to sugar if they can have sugar if not then sugar-free

Mask requirement is completely ridiculous....walked in today and witnessed the mask Nazi badgering an older man ....walked right back out the door. Will not support this business any longer.
