Havent Been to a Friendlys in Years Had to Check out my Childhood Favorites! Of course the Burgers the super-Melts and The Ice cream Is Out of this world Excellent Service a Few minutes wait time But As there sign says Very Friendly staff Great Food as Always ! We were very Pleased! New Food and Sundaes coming your Way Next week I will be there

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and were seated in one area. Shortly after, a family with 4 small children was seated directly across from us, 2 of whom were in high chairs and were loudly crying. Despite there being open tables and booths elsewhere, we asked the hostess to move us, which she did. I ordered the ranch chicken salad, but was disappointed to find that the salad was made with bagged lettuce that was brown. The chicken in the salad was also not very good. However, the chicken soup and coffee were decent. Overall, the experience was not pleasant and we do not plan to return. The meal was also expensive at $40.00. Perhaps this restaurant should stick to serving only ice cream.

We went to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and waited 10 minutes by ourselves for a table for 8 people. After waiting for our order for 50 minutes, we waited another 15 minutes and finally asked to speak to a manager to let them know we no longer wanted to eat. We overheard them saying that the kitchen staff had not even started on another dish, suggesting we would have had to wait another 15-20 minutes. All of this with 4 very hungry children. Not recommended.

Disquesting, haven't eaten at Friendly's in over 4 yrs. Went their in Clifton Park and it was shocking to see how run downed it got. Will never eat their again. , look at the stuffing coming out of the booth seat. DISQUESTING!

Went to friendlys the other day and had a great experience. We were set fairly quickly. Waitress who was Colleen was amazing. Very aware of the menu and had great suggestions. She was on top of everything. Have nothing bad to say about my experience. Keep up the great work and don't lose that waitress.
