Black Beard Ramen - Cliffside Park

Really good tasting ramen. Also for veggie miso the broth tastes so good. Mix all ingredients in ramen also really well, making it a complete taste. Loved the soft boiled egg. The fish cake is also delicious. Your menu is short, only 5 types of riddles and few starters. Just for ramen. The restaurant is really small inside, probably sitting about 20 ppl. There are few stands outside. The restroom is super clean. Service is excellent, server can pay more attention due to the small number of occupancy.

Great little raven place. The broth is full of taste. Noodle is perfectly cooked. Has classic ramen broth and some fusion options. The staff is friendly. It has both indoor and restricted outdoor seats. It has a parking lot on the street. Would recommend getting it early. Not good for big parties as the seating area is limited.

Excellent food and service. This is one of the best places for ramen in the area. Our waiter Jon was quick and friendly. I can't wait to go back!

Oh, my word. I had excellent ramen and this place surpassed this with relative ease. I ordered the Black Beard Ramen with extra chashu pig and naruto (fish cake). I could do it without the fish cake, but the rest of the meal was fantastic. The pig was perfectly boiled and strongly seasoned, the ramen broth tastes like its for days shimmering to give all the different flavors together to create something amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. I'll be back as soon as I can! Five stars!

Best ramen I've had in New Jersey. Had Blackbeard Ramen and it was superb. Made it spicy and added egg. Broth was so yummy. Noodles were thin. Service was great and fast. Very inexpensive too.
