Great for a quick take out or a casual sit down lunch. Service is quick and food quality is excellent.

Cera makes a majority of their product in house. That is already the major draw. They're about sustainability and accountability not just profit. What? So I have had the lucky chance to have a nice tasting of the menu at a private event. I came back because everything I had was FANTASTIC. Their edamame hummus, house salad dressings and unique sandwiches is the major draw. Responsibility sourced, passion in the product being served. I'm a fan. Pricing is appropriate knowing how they only use high quality products, smoke their meats in house.Do yourself a favor and stop by, be a fan and bring friends. I hit the Mushroom of Course sandwich and added fontina cheese. Omg, this sandwich was amazing. The mushroom cutlets were MEATY! The miso dressing and beets were a great complement as well. Softest bread I 've ever had. Scrumptious. Super quick service, sandwich was well made as well. Can 't wait to try more items here!

Came almost two and a half hours before closing and they said we 're closing early. Can 't depend on the hours they report they have for this reason. What a disappointment. Tomatoes Tomatoes Tomatoes.Edit: Owner said, sorry, not sorry. I guess they 're such a small business that they can 't adhere to the business hours they set for themselves. Could 've said I 'm genuinely sorry for not being open when we said we were and let me show you how awesome we are, but instead tried to make me seem like a bad guy for writing exactly what happened. Leaving this review here for folks to know this is a reality of dealing with this business.

Tasty sandwiches. CERA is a fast casual restaurant with minimal decor. I ordered the Marrakesh express, and it offered a delicious combination of flavors. I would recommend CERA for a quick tasty lunch.
