Domino's Pizza - Clewiston

Place is Horrible wish I could give it no stars ?? no matter when you call they ALWAYS! put you on hold and leave you there. Just spent 18 minutes on hold and 9 minutes on hold before that just shut the place down already.????

The cashier was in a bad mood, on the screen panel it said my order was ready and they took an hour to give it to me. She was talking loudly and with disrespect to a customer.

Unprofessional in store phone etiquette is poor one employee comes to work in tanktop and shorts gm is rude to staff has. NO compassion for customers or staff and if they have time to stand around talking they have time to clean if I were Mgr eitherfind something to do or clock out you don't get paid to do nothing gm needs some leadership development courses if this were myfranchise I would clean house and start fresh

Double check if you order online,Make sure your order is they way you want it I did forget to hit the well done button (for some reason all domino?s pizza seems half raw) and I called up to the local store, like 20 seconds after I hit submit. I Askedif they got my on line order, they said they had. And I asked if they could make sure the pies were ?well done? since I hadfailed to to click that button online. They said they would?. AND THEY DIDNT. I wouldn?t have called if it was a topping issue,but I thought adding time to cooking length would have been easy enough to for them to do with just a verbal ask. But nope. Ihad a feeling they wouldn?t even bother to make the customer happy by fixing a forgotten button click with a verbal ask, but Iwas hoping my faith in dominos would be restored. Sadly it isn?t? SOOO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ONLINE ORDER BEFORE YOU SUBMIT.

Most of my experiences with this store have been good. However today I ordered online, got Tracker notification that my order was complete, drove to the store walked inside and was told it?s not ready. I went back to my car, got my phone and showed thecashier that I got notified the order was complete. He said it?s still in the oven. I had to wait an additional 15 minutesbefore my order was ready.
