Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant opens at 12:30, but when I arrived at 12:40, I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to unlock the door. I had called ahead to confirm the opening time of 12:30, but the staff had not arrived yet.
If I could give them 5 stars, I would! It is the worst place I have ever tried to order food from. On multiple occasions they claimed to be open but refused to take phone orders. When customers arrived from all over the city, they were told there was no food available to serve. When I tried to place an order, they put me on hold and never came back to the phone for 45 minutes. When I called back, there was no answer. They also failed to respond to my online orders. I will never order from this restaurant again.
Tonight I asked raj singh the owner why the walkway to the parking is dangerous covered with ice and snow to which he explained that the city should clean it and it is not his problem. I said that he should be considered as courtesy for his customers and for their security, and that as a more common testimony of my opinion, I am unacceptable for his answer. to whomever singh get out screamed! to destroy the whole restaurant. despite the good food, if this is how the owner treats his customers and probably his personal, we will not be back.
I am giving this restaurant a 3-star rating because I ordered through the Caviar app. Initially, I chose to pick up my order after being led to them by the app. However, when my friend went to pick up the order at the scheduled time, they were told that the restaurant did not use the app and did not receive my order. After showing them the confirmation on my phone, the staff called the chef to make the order. Despite the confusion, the young cashier on the phone was very polite and tried to resolve the issue. Eventually, the order was made fresh and was good, but the whole process took almost two hours. It would have been better if they had acknowledged the mistake and offered something extra for the inconvenience, rather than just apologizing and giving us our order.
My first time eating at this place experience was terrible because the person over the phone was very rude. It took over 30 minutes for my food it be prepared and it was incorrect. The girl in the store talk it all up how long it took me to get my credit card but not the fact that she got my order wrong and my food was incorrect. I emailed the person who is the contact for the company and he emailed me once about the issue and hoping to get resolved but I’ve emailed him now three times and nothing has been really given a response from him. I’m very disappointed in my experience and I wish that it was good because they did have one thing good on the menu and that was the wings. I got the soul roll and big city steak sub it was not enough meat in the sandwich and I ordered loaded waffle fries I got loaded in Regular fries. I’m writing this review because I’m very disappointed that the gentleman that is supposed to be over the company email me and then nothing has been said to me after I’ve emailed him three times to get this issue resolved. Mr. Clement emailed me but I have yet to hear anything back from him and it’s been almost two months.
