Bidrage med feedbackOrder 20 o'clock. the driver called at 9:30 a.m. and said he had arrived. No one was there. I tried to call back. no answer. I called the load and said the load had no driver and the order was never prepared. it took her an hour to realize that!? never again.
Lousy service lost attitude. Pizza more than two hours late. The guy on the phone had absolutely not a care in the world. I'm sorry to say this is not the first time I've had the same exact experience with this restaurant. I have no idea who owns it or who's running it but they are not professional and they really do not care about service or even good food. I'm done I will not order againfrom Pizza Hut until they give me another option in my area. As far as I'm concerned this is literally stealing.
I ordered 35 dollars worth of pizza…ECT. The order was sent to a store that was CLOSED!!!!! Customer service may as well be nonexistent, I got no help!!! No refund, nothing!!!! So as for me and mine…..PIZZA HUT, YOU AINT RIGHT AND WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OUT OF ME!!!
I ordered $72.00 worth of pizza only to get the wrong order twice. And I can't get anyone to answer the phone. They need to put down the cell phones and handle business. The order was for 3 pizza's large and 18 wings. I got 2 large and a little pan pizzas and the worst over cooked wings with little to no sauce. I will never get anything from there again. The staff and management need to be retrained or fired.
The service of this location has dramatically improved for myself over the last year. I'd actually stopped ordering, but recently began using this Pizza Hut again. I refuse to do delivery due to past experience but the staff that is currently there appears to be a lot more friendlier. They actually value the customers and their experiences.
