Subway - Cleveland

Subway prints coupons for us to use at their stores, for whatever is on the menu. Not this place! Lost my business forever!!

Usually a good food experience from this location. However, their new footlong churros and pretzels definitely leave something to be desired. Must just be a marketing hack, because the quality is terrible. Also, they didn't put any condiments on my last online order as requested; left off the mayo, oil vinegar.

Terrible customer service. Walked out after waiting while they took phone orders.

I ordered ahead because I had a short break I arrived to the restaurant and employee Brittney finished what she was doing leaving me standing there for several moments to find out my mobile order was not even started. Extremely slowly started putting my sandwich together I used to be a employee at subway. I was late returning to work even with a ahead notice. I was in the store for over 5-10 minutes this situation was really not fair not having enough time to eat. I let employee know I was on a break and it didn't have time it not speed the process she didn't care at all

I'm a part time uber eats driver, and this is literally the worst Subway on the west side of Cleveland. The 2 ladies who worked 06/05/23 after 8pm were so rude. They were so concerned with other people that were rude to them earlier in the day that they didn't even bother to acknowledge me while I stood there waiting for 5 minutes. Then, when customers came in, I told them I wasn't in line TO ORDER. I stepped to the side, and after more time passed and the lady decided to finally acknowledge someone, it was the people who came in after me. I said I wasn't trying to be rude, but nobody acknowledged me. She rudely and in a matter of fact tone said that I had said I wasn't in line. If I wanted to go somewhere and be treated like I wasn't there, I would go to a forest. Both of the ladies on shift tonight obviously hate their job, so if it was up to me, I'd let them go. Seek your peace.I'll never be coming back here, and if you value your time and sanity, you won't either.
