Easily the worst experience I have ever had. I will never eat here on my lunch break again. I had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. I was surprised that they had put white breakfast gravy on them. When I asked about it they said that is all they had. How you going to charge someone for something that you don't have. I would leave no stars if possible.
We love their lunch buffet with pizza/salad. For $6.99 I believe. You can?t beat it but you almost can?t get in there during that time, they are just that busy. They have a great menu that you can always choose from.
Chicken pieces were very small. The rice and pinto beans were good but not great. Biscuit was a bit dry. Sandwich was the best meal of the three we ordered. Still just good, not great. After paying and then going to pick up the meals we were asked if we'd like any sauce? I said sure, surprise me. A line I often use at restaurants to get the preferred sauce or combination of sauces from the server. At which point he said sauces were 50 cents each. And none were included with $30 worth of chicken. Having already paid with a card I just took the food and fumed for a minute, then decided to get the damn sauce and run my card (for $1) again. Honestly, I wish I'd just stopped and returned the order. If a sauce or two is too much to ask with $30 of chicken, they can just keep it. In summary, I've had better chicken at a gas station. Why bother? Not the Bojangles I remember from years ago.
This place has messed up my order several times, but i always decide to give it another chance because they used to be my #1 favorite place. i have worked in multiple restaurants and i understand mistakes happen, but they can only be excused with honesty and kindness and that is what the employees there lack, severely. yesterday my grandmother and i were going to Chattanooga had a busy day ahead of us so we decided to stop and get one cajun filet biscuit and a small sweet tea. two items. two! and they still messed that up. i received a water instead of sweet tea. because my grandmother was getting a surgery and i had to take care of her afterwards, of course i did not make a phone call to tell them their mistake. so, i stopped this morning and ordered the same exact thing and we made them aware of what happened. the guy at the window (i wasn?t able to see a name tag if there was one) caught an attitude with us and was saying that without a phone call to a manager there was nothing he could do. if you have a specific policy, just say that. don?t be rude. he then said ?go to the one on apd 40 maybe they will satisfy your needs.? maybe learn how to do your job correctly and stop being a complete menace to the service industry. your pettiness was not impressive nor warranted. if you hate your job so much then quit.
