Wendy's - Cleveland

Parking: There are no issues with parking at all. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is quite accessible, but the dining room hasn't been open very often lately due to the staffing shortage. However, when it is open, the service is really quite good!

This is the second time we've attempted to place an order at the drive-thru around 1:00 PM, only to be informed that there would be a 15-minute wait due to a shift change. How intriguing...

The young man who said he would personally remake it ended up leaving off the mustard. I ended up with a dry burger that only had meat, cheese, and pickles, even though I had ordered a cheeseburger with mustard, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. How difficult can it be to get a simple order right? This isn't the first time I've had issues here, but I tried to give them another chance. After this experience, I’ve decided I won't be returning to this restaurant again. Good luck to those who choose to dine there!

The only good Wendy's in a 1 hr radius around my house. We were out of town and thought this would be a great stop on the way home. The burgers and fries were fresh at 830pm! Service was great.

Had the taco salad...they give you a small bowl of chili to pour on top but all in all I like my chili salad lol...hate that it is drive thru only at the moment...but should have in door dining again soon !Will definitely be back ...cause I like me some WENDY'S !!
