Tres Hermanos - Cleveland

I visited this restaurant with a group after an event, and I was very impressed. The food and service were both outstanding.

Got the Monterey Salad. Was delicious. Great at keeping drinks filled which was definitely needed after a day of rafting.

Although it was a busy dinnertime visit, our food service were both fantastic!

Beware of upcharges not reflected in the menu prices. We were overcharged for food, and I see now that we aren’t the only ones. I wish I’d checked recent reviews, but I’d been here several times before and decided to stay despite the dirty bathrooms , towels on the kitchen floor, and lack of customers on a Saturday night. There was a $10 up charge on our $23 meal to add 4 shrimp, and we were also charged $1.50 for green salsa and $2 for using a card instead of cash. The owner was unreasonable, saying we should expect to pay extra when we ask for shrimp. Sure, but $10 extra?? We won’t be back, and he didn’t seem to care. Also, the manager should stop talking about customers assuming we don’t speak Spanish.

The food was disappointing, but the service was excellent.
