The Crispy Chick - Cleveland

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I ordered a wrap I specifically asked for no onion at least three times yet they put onions anyway. I called and the manager Terrance was very apologetic being that they make several mistakes on their night shift and said to come in for a replacement. Once I arrived the general manager Sara did not give me a complimentary wrap because she stated no one made a mistake yesterday because she was there. I will never patronize them again and I have supported the business from the beginning. Why would someone lie about their food being incorrect.

WOW!!! Today was my first visit and I got the crispy wrap, it DID NOT disappoint! The wrap was amazing ! The chicken was so juicy and crispy, the fries were amazing I love that they’re seasoned and no just plain salted fries. Overall cannot wait to return and check out the rest of the menu.

The best chicken tenders I ever had, my favorite place to go when I’m hungry for great food n service! The lady at the cashier is phenomenal! She works the window n front counter excellently, 6 star service! I always come back to spend more money! 10/10 recommended.

The food was delicious! I had to drive it home 20 minutes but it held up great in transport! The wrap was fantastic and the spicy chicken was HOT but still flavorful, and the customer service was just as great. Thank you!

We ordered some food for a work meeting. The food was fantastic, when compared to other fast food chicken tenders this was superb. Chicken was seasoned along with the fries, all around d 10/10!
