Subway - Cleveland

This is one of the few Subways that offers chopped salads! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I ordered five sandwiches and the customer service was absolutely fantastic! I have to mention that the staff displayed an incredible amount of patience. A very rude woman came in, yelling and insulting them in a completely disrespectful manner, and I was so tempted to say something! You ladies handled it wonderfully—great job!

- Interior design: 7/10 - Exterior design: 6/10 - Cleanliness: 9/10: The place appeared quite sanitary considering the current events in our society. - Food quality (NOT taste): 6/10: The bread didn’t seem very fresh. - Food taste: 8/10: Surprisingly enjoyable. While the bread could have been fresher, the overall flavor was quite good for fast food. - Staff friendliness: 10/10: The staff were very friendly and efficient with my order. Overall, Subway was a decent place to eat. The staff was kind, the subs were tasty, and I had a pleasant experience dining there. It’s a great option if you're on a long road trip, in a hurry, or unsure of where to eat. However, if you're looking for a really good sub, I'd suggest checking out one of the higher-end sandwich places.
