Bidrage med feedbackI don't want to make this about race, but I need to share my experience with you. My nephew, who is African American and Puerto Rican, is 18 years old. He’s a respectful and humble young man who doesn’t go out much. Recently, his mother sent him to a restaurant to buy some drinks, and when he returned, he told me that he was denied service. The staff was rude to him and said he didn’t have enough money for two bottles of soda, despite the fact that he had $53 on his card. They even suggested he go buy the drinks from another store. While I could be mistaken, my nephew felt that they were treating him unfairly because of his race.
This is the best Chinese food in the area; I won't order from anywhere else!
I couldn’t even place an order over the phone without receiving four callbacks, and they still got it wrong. I'm very frustrated and decided to go to Ming Moon instead.
As a long time regular customer, I had grown accustomed to good food and polite delivery service until just recently. Along with the entree, I ordered six pork eggrolls. Unfortunately, they were delivered mushy, cold and inedible (who eats raw pork) I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager and explained the situation. We agreed that the next time I placed an order It would include replacement egg rolls. Unfortunately, when I did, she completely reneged on our agreement. Granted she has a very heavy accent but she understood. I will never patronize Spring Garden again.
Always amazing. The best service around. Definitely try their lo mein and dumplings. I could survive solely on the generals chicken ?
