Sonic Drive-in - Cleveland

We were at this Sonic yesterday and ordered 2 master shakes. They were brought to us with only a straw. We called for a long spoon. After 15 minutes we caught the carhop outside and asked her for 2 long straws. Needless to say we never received our straws.

This was the worst sonic i have ever went too. the food was horrible and the chicken was hard. i had to ask 4 times just to get some honey mustard. they need some better service.

We used to stop at this sonice once a week, never again. Food was awful. The burger bun was soggy, mashed and there were more chopped onions on the hamburger than there was meat, even though the hamburger itself was hugh. There was a quarter sized piece of wilted, soggy lettuce and a 50 cent sized slice of tomato on the hamburger.

This Sonic is some what run down and in need of a face lift. Building is very drab looking. Parking lot has pot holes in it. No music playing. Not the best Sonic I've been to. But, food was still good. Very friendly Car Hop.

It took longer to place the order than it did to get the food.The order was correct and hot when it arrived. In a time where no one seems to want to work this location is doing a great job of taking care of customers.
