Parker's Downtown - Cleveland

Came at 11:30 a.m. to the brunch, it was just us and a few. we were surprised how slow it was for a Saturday. try the breakfast parker and the kartoffels were perfectly cooked and had good taste. the speck was good, had a heavy smoke taste and was cut thick. also the Korean chickens and wiggles tried that was really good. huh was perfectly cooked and the taste was great.

Parker’s downtown is located in the schofield hotel. it's small, but fluctuating. we started eating and dessert. everything was great! we had the loaded pierogies and grilled oktopus. both were great!

Second time in the restaurant. I enjoyed eating both times. for the second time the meatballs had for an app, the lamb shoulders with maish potatoes and the strawberry cheese cake. all very good. the service was also great. great selection of happy hour food and drink.

Had an early dinner on a Saturday night before a game. we told our server our time frame and he was very attentive. the restaurant was empty when we went around 5 but it was filled with the time we were at 6:30 or so. we ordered the calamari together with tomatensuppen for the app and they were very good. we all ordered steak for our meals and the meat were all cooked with great taste. overall pleasant meal and would return again.

I like Parker's. It's closer to fine dining than casual, but not overly pretentious. I like the menu, lots of staples with creative twists. I like the cauliflower soup they feature, a curry soup with snow crab, very tasty. The place offers all of your high end cuts of beef, I have not gotten a steak here but I am sure they are good. They offer a Prime Steak on the Menu as well as a Wagu special, but I find the downtown mark up on steak dinners a bit outrageous. I had a great 22 oz. choice bone-in Rib-eye at a less fancy suburb establishment for $28. There's is $48. So it costs $20 more to eat it downtown. Is what it is I suppose, comparable dishes at other downtown steak houses are more. Great place for lunch with very tasty salads and sandwiches. Very good main dishes, and you can do your big occasion steak dinner here as well.
