Panera Bread - Cleveland

I went yesterday for some time alone before a meeting. I had a hot drink and bagel. Loved that I could plug my laptop up cause it was almost dead. Very relaxing

My family eats at Panera often. We love it! Today, we ate lunch there and enjoyed our meal. When we got home, I discovered that I had lost my purse. I called immediately. The manager on duty went to search for it. He did not find it, and our call got disconnected. However, someone turned it in and employee sent me a message on Facebook. Happy ending to a potentially horrible situation! Thank you to honest and helpful employees!

Love our Cleveland Panera!!!! I coming here almost every day and always had good experience with food with people and stuff ! Delicious food and most I love are smiling and hard working stuff always try help and make it wright! Love the culture of Panera , thank you all so much

Very nice salad... the fresh drinks are a nice change to just soft drinks ... nice staff
