Mr. Hero - Cleveland

I don't usually go to this restaurant, but my granddaughter wanted to eat there. I am a vegetarian, so I ordered a vegetarian sandwich while she got an Italian sandwich. Unfortunately, they made a mistake and heated up my sandwich instead of hers. We didn't bother going back, and I had to get rid of my food. However, I believe it was an honest mistake. The positive aspect was that the person who served us was very kind and smiled genuinely throughout our visit. We still paid for our food, but it was worth stopping by just for the good service. I wish them well.

I found the food at this restaurant to be upsetting to my stomach, with some of the fries tasting unpleasant. However, the sandwich was delicious.

Even though it was already 8:30 and the restaurant was supposed to be closed, they kindly allowed us to place an order. Not many places would do that.

Been coming here since I was a kid likely late 80s early 90s and it 's always a taste of home to me. Some waffer fries and large cup of cheese... Yes please. Highly recommend. Restaurants interior was clean and inviting.

Everytime my guy takes me here, they are so friendly and the food is AMAZINGLY COOKED!
