When you enter the restaurant, you must use a card and place your order through the kiosk. This is the restaurant's policy, so please do not blame the employees or threaten to go elsewhere. They do not have control over this decision and it is impolite to be rude to them. The staff are working diligently and providing good customer service in every situation, including the one previously mentioned. Please show kindness and understanding towards them.
While driving on I75, I noticed a McDonald's sign at the exit and decided to stop. The next sign indicated that the restaurant was 1.2 miles away, which was a bit confusing. Once inside, I found that ordering was only available through a kiosk, which was a slow process with too many questions. However, the food was excellent, especially the tasty egg muffin. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
This McDonald's is the worst I have ever dealt with. They never get my simple order right! For example, the order I just received was supposed to be a double quarter pounder with cheese without pickles and a triple cheeseburger. Instead, we received a double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder with cheese with tomatoes and mayo added. It seems like they just make whatever they want, regardless of your order. This has been happening for years! I only gave it one star because I had to.
The drive-thru experience we had at this McDonald's was exceptional. The person working the speaker, taking orders, and collecting money was very cheerful and upbeat. The workers inside seemed focused and happy to be working together. The person who handed us our food and drinks was polite and seemed to enjoy their job and coworkers. It was clear that the crew was well managed and trained. Everyone worked together seamlessly, even better than some fine dining restaurants. I appreciated how they communicated with us after handing us our drinks, ensuring we knew the status of our food before closing the window. Despite the rain, they never lost their smile. This level of customer service makes the fast food experience feel more welcoming compared to high-end restaurants. Good food is important, but kindness leaves a lasting impression. I would give this experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you for brightening our rainy day.
