Chic at counter was cool but no way the wait for a fry and popcorn chicken bowl should be 29 minutes!!! Won't go back

I just had the best chicken breast I've ever had in my life. The food including biscuit was delicious and hot! Service was great! Whoever was working tonight 9/15/22 should be commended. And I will tell all my friends about my experience tonight.

Arrived just after 4 this afternoon/evening to pick up an advance order I had placed on their app. I was led to believe that my order would be ready when I got there. Instead, I had to inform someone, and I had to sit inside and wait for approximately 45 minutes all together while they worked on a fresh batch of extra crispy chicken, no freebies for my wait offered or anything. When I finally arrived home from walking just over a mile at a few minutes after 5, my friend and I realized that half of the bucket of chicken we ordered (8 piece mixed) was RAW!!!! If I lived closer to the KFC, I would have walked back and demanded a new bucket. $19 is way too much money to spend for what I ended up getting.

Great place to eat, huh is always beautiful and fresh the inner is clean and the crew is always polite.

Staff that prepared the food was very RUDE.... Heavy set women BRIGHT RED HAIR BAD ATTITUDE ..After I noticed a couple of orders were being called that were order after me I decided to ask about my order . After being in the restaurant for over 10 minutes because the driver thru is down for some reason. I decided to ask for a drink cup STAFF: HERE YOU CAN HAVE A DRINK SLAM CUP DOWN ON THE COUNTER. .. I'm Never coming back the this location I'm sure the event was caught on camera.....The drink was the only thing that was good everything else sucked . I ordered 6PC honey bbq wings , coleslaw and fries ? a waste of 16 dollars
