We have ALWAYS had a great experience at Jade! It’s downtown Cleveland’s best kept secret. The ambience, the service, the menu- is always on-point!! It’s our go-to place for dinner during our nights out in the town!

Great food and drinks. Excellent experience. Will return.

The food was very good. Service was lacking a bit as salads never made it to table and drinks took a long time. Waiter was very friendly but when asked for the check he asked if we could tip him in cash because he had a flat tire. Very strange and a bit unprofessional.

Brussels sprouts potato au gratin was delicious I ordered my steak medium and it was more on the medium well side but other than that I’ll be back!

Disjointed service and avg sushi. Doesn’t know which side of fusion it wants to be.
