On October 23, 2022 I ordered a whooper jr. meal with cheese and Three packs of cookies.. After I receive my order I checked to see if everything was in the bag and it was but my problem was my cookies was cold and hard, so I pull back around to the drive thru and ask may I please get some fresher cookies?? The cashier told me they only make cookies on first shift but they can warm them up for me, I agreed. Which made my cookies worst..They warm my cookies up as I headed back to work and attempt to eat one of my cookies they taste taste like a day or two old.. also my cookies was hard as well. I tried to pull back in line and there was a line of cars I waited for about 10 minutes no movement in cars I had to leave to go back to work. As I waited in line about my cookies I tried to eat my sandwich, which made me upset because I had no cheese on it.. At this point I did not want to eat my meal anymore.. I tried calling several times but No one answered... Beside my food customer service was good..
Last night at this Burger King, everything was freshly made and tasty. If more BK locations would put this level of care into the quality of food they hand through the window, Burger King might become a fast food place I go to on purpose, rather than somewhere I just end up because it's late.
Came on Sunday at 7 o'clock in the morning. woudnt takes command at the drive thru. I drove to the window and so the window would not open to speak. another car was behind me. since I saw the people in there. I went back the drive and the same. no service. we have been together
I grade on a curve, because many of the restaurants in this special area are not staffed by aggressiv, or in that did they lock their doors to any and foist people in never-ending drive-through queues. this bk may have been sloouow, but at least the employees were friendly when substaffed (only 2 do the actual work, including only 1 make all food,) they did not seem insulted that customers actually showed to order dinge, and eating that they have provided was actually good.
