Burger King - Cleveland

I visit this restaurant frequently and they now recognize me and my order. The manager even knows my order before I have a chance to say it over the speaker. I really enjoy coming to this place and always leave happy. The staff is friendly and we always have engaging conversations. They remember me every time I visit.

I visited the Paul Huff Parkway location in Cleveland, TN. When I tried to place a call-in order because the app was not working and delivery was not available, the manager on duty refused to take my order. Despite explaining that the app was not working and suggesting that my husband could pick it up when he arrived, the manager still refused and was very rude about it. However, when I called the 25th Street location, Tyler was able to help me right away and accept my call-in order without any issues. Thank you, Tyler, for your excellent customer service at the 25th Street location.

The restaurant always provides quick service with fresh ingredients, and consistently maintains cleanliness when preparing your food.

Good food. Good lobby to sit in. Pretty much your standard burger king. If your in cleveland I'd go check it out. If you are a cleveland state student, I'd check it out then because it's only a skip and a hop from the campus ??

The service and food was good as usual but i want to brag on. how clean the restrooms were! Its so rare lately to even find a restroom thats open let alone so clean and well cared for. Thanks Burger King!!
