Bonlife Coffee Roasters - Cleveland

Today was an exceptional day, I decided to learn something new today and I made the choice to stop at Bonlife Coffee in Cleveland, TN. Pleasantly, I was greeted by 3 delightful young people who were graciously patient with a newcomer to coffee. Yes I'm over 50 and never drank a cup of coffee before today. I was nervous to ask questions about coffee that I did not know, I asked Cord if he would make a choice for me to try a coffee that he thought I would enjoy. He allowed me to describe taste that I did enjoy, hot chocolate, tea, etc. Well, he came up with my first cup of coffee and it was perfection. I could not have made a better choice, Annie Spencer also shared other information that would be useful to understand the Art of Coffee making. I would encourage anyone who loves coffee or is not really sure about what is truly a special blend to stop and allow the fine people to delight your taste and enjoy the company. Any coffee shop that has 'in house ' roasting is going to have quality. Bonlife is no exception. Now, just if their coffee was stronger..... I French Press at home with the ratios of two table spoons of beans to six to eight ounces of water, which is quite strong for most pallets.

I absolutely love this place. Best coffee in Cleveland no doubt!
