Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered 2 pizzas, thin and crispy it was over boiled and probably tasted like card board. second was also burned dry and looked terrible. We called and they made two new ones and they weren't better. Don't think we're back
The worse experience with dealing with a restaurant. Ordered online for a pick up at 730 pm. I arrived at 725 pm and paid for the pizza. Waited almost 15 more minutes for my order. One of the pizza was flipped over, the crust broke. Who ever put the pizza in the box wasn't paying attention to what they where doing. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to remake it. Instead of just remaking it quickly, the guy working up front was told to re ring it up a certain way. The guy didn't know how to ring it, and had to ask several people how to do it. When the pizza was done, they couldn't find the rest of my order. When the did find my order, didn't get the manager. When I worked in restaurants, anytime the food was messed up, you get the manager. When I got home both pizzas looked dry and the wings looked like they been sitting around for awhile. Try to call to talk to a manager, was on hold for over 15 minutes. I was told when you call you get a call center, well when someone asks to speak to a manager they should connect you to that store to get a manager. All I got was on three different times someone picked up the phone and asked to take my order. Told them I wanted to speak to a manager. Instead I have to drive back to the place to speak to a manager. I told the manager that I was on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to her and instead got three different people to take my order. Sad part is that this establishment was not short staff, while waiting for my order, you could hear the manager yelling back, why is everyone standing around. If you have time to stand around you can wash dishes or go home. This is the second bad experience that I had at this pizza hut.
The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible! The employee tried to convince me that the brown cheese, black pepperoni, and burnt crust were what a thin crust pizza should look like. After I asked for a replacement for the third time, she reluctantly agreed but then went to throw the old pizza box over the counter and told me to dispose of it myself. It was just bizarre. I remained calm while this staff member huffed and puffed and made it clear she was annoyed. I work in the food service industry and understand that things can go wrong, but I would be fired if I treated a customer the way she treated me. This experience was unreal. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I ordered two pizzas for delivery, and the confirmation email indicated that they were on their way and my payment had gone through. However, after a while, I still hadn't received my pizzas. I was then informed that the order was canceled, and I was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. I'm really disappointed with this experience and won't be ordering from them again.
The food is absolutely fantastic! I ordered a white sauce pizza topped with grilled chicken and roasted spinach, and it was perfect—no mistakes at all. The taste and quality were remarkable. Don’t miss out on the cinnamon rolls; they are unbeatable!
