Mcdonald's - Clermont

"I've been through the drive-thru twice now. The first time, I ordered a small mocha wrap and had to wait out front. Today was my second visit, and guess what? I ended up having to wait again after pulling around to the front. If this happens again, I’ll be asking for my money back, as this isn't even a special order."

I know this review is delayed, but I felt it was important to share my experience from last Saturday at 3:30. The staff at Team PLUS was extremely unprofessional. They messed up my group's order three times and almost put my brother in an allergic shock because he specifically asked for NO ONIONS. Additionally, the food was served cold. When we got home, we experienced further issues and I ended up with food poisoning, which resulted in me vomiting blood. I'm not angry anymore, but I truly hope things improve. This review is specific to the team that was working at that time and not a reflection of the entire restaurant. I believe that if you’re in a job like this, it’s important to do it right.

Every time we visit this McDonald's, our order is incomplete. The staff is friendly, but I would really appreciate it if they could get the order right the first time. It's disappointing to have to address issues repeatedly.

The Mc Donald's on Hwy 50 in downtown Clermont was BAD. 1st the cashier DIDN'T REPEAT R ORDER back 2 us B4 we PD 4 it, she wasn't FRIENDLY at all, she DIDN't even SMILE. 2. the tables in the dining room were DIRTY n we had 2 questions someone 2 clean them. 3. The toilet door of women WOULDN'T close or stay closed, it was garbage overflowing in the toilet. 4th after eating the QUARTER POUNDERS we ended sick by the time when we came home n we live 15 miles outside the city limits so.... We'll never be in this MC DONALD's anymore. GOOD LUCK 2 EVERY1 ELSE that do.

Should have made my own food! Fries I couldn?t even eat and cheeseburgers I had to reheat!! At least the chicken nuggets were decent.
