First Watch - Clermont

Always love the food options at First Watch. Our party of 4 had not been in a while and they added items to their menu, but still had my favorites. I have the Morning Market Veg Omelet with a side of grumbs that are pollinated with butter and cheese (because why not lol). Yum! Your whole grain of craft toast will never be old!

I've been a regular customer for 4 1/2 years. I had different servers and a manager change during this time. Dawn, who became an Area Manager on the east coast, was great, but Vanessa was up there with her. My favorite server is Denise. It is attentive to respond quickly to all needs and much to do. I'm here almost every day and the whole staff is wonderful. Complaints or problems with eating are quickly resolved by Vanessa. She's coming over to check the diners if she's not in the kitchen. And I love seasonal menus. 5 STARS!

This place is usually very consistent and tasty. So the 4 stars. Today's meal earned 3 stars, but I couldn't do that to a place that usually does a great job. My job was late and burned. It was still tasty, but the bitterness from the car was very inconspicuous.

I have had a lot of mixed experiences at this location. On my recent visit, My wife andlme were served by Miguel. He was extremely attentive and got everything on our order just the way we wanted(some quirks about how to have our eggs/sides etc). Food was good and perfect and Miguel's service will make us come back again.

We Army Veterans wanted to give them another opportunity but they greatly disappointed us yet again. Was waiting for approximately 12 minutes before someone even greeted us. Had to wait another 37 minutes to get a table and then our food was served exactly 49 minutes after ordering. Food was cold and the potatoes were burnt. My omelette came without the Pico de Gallo and the Sour Cream it was supposed to have. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get less than a spoon of sour cream and 4 pieces of tomatoes. Server never asked how was the food, if we needed something. Overall staff was very irresponsible. Greatly disappointed and saddened for today?s breakfast. Wish they would?ve treated us better, that the food would?ve been better, and in a more timely manner.
