Domino's Pizza - Clermont

I can't even begin to express my disappointment from my first visit to this restaurant. The man who appeared to be the manager was incredibly unprofessional; he was speaking rudely to his employees and using foul language in front of me and other customers. Thankfully, my kids were in the car and didn't have to hear his inappropriate remarks. I usually order online for delivery, but I happened to be in the area yesterday. Last night was my first and last time stepping foot into that store. I'm sure the other patrons who witnessed this behavior will be leaving negative reviews as well; we were all taken aback.

We ordered food for delivery, but unfortunately received the wrong items. When we called the restaurant to report the mistake, they informed us that our actual order was still at the store. They suggested waiting for the driver to return and try delivering it again. To avoid waiting another hour, we chose to go to the restaurant ourselves to pick up our food. The manager was unprofessional and did not attempt to resolve the issue. Additionally, they did not refund the delivery fee we were charged for the incorrect order. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone else. The customer service here is consistently poor, and the staff often appears disengaged or under the influence.

Absolutely disappointing. I ended up throwing away most of my meal and can't fathom why I chose this place over one of the better restaurants in Clermont. I'm sure the owner or franchisee is doing quite well. From now on, I’ll stick to supporting the local spots.

Horrible!!! Gave us literally 5 pepperoni's sauce and bread . Notice I didn't say cheese!!! Cause it wasn't any!!!!! And I took pictures and took it back to the store, they offer me 2 more and did the exact same thing. And the manager said it's the amountthey use and that's how they make the pizza. Sorry no more domino's for us!!!

I've been a loyal Domino's customer for about 6 or 7 years, always opting for the handmade pizza. I've ordered from various locations in the USA while on vacation and have never faced any issues. My previous experience with the Mt. Dora location, where I ordered for 6 years, was also great. However, after moving to Clermont, I've ordered from this location twice, and I'm not sure what they're doing differently, but the pizza just doesn't look right. It has an unusually red color, almost as if they're using a different cheese. The pizza is extremely greasy and flat, and the taste is off. This is the first time I've ever given less than a 5-star review for Domino's, and I am really disappointed.
