Checkers - Clermont

Long-west fast food EVER. We ordered at 12:41 and got our food only after 1:00. The people who were with us ordered right after us and we all did not go with our food until 1:15. Over 30 minutes for fast food. Strange.

Wait at least ten minutes. After I finally ordered, they waited fifteen minutes after I had ordered to tell me they didn't have the bread for my sandwich. After taking something else, I waited 8 minutes. All together I waited 26 minutes. While all this happens, a manager went around with an intermediate shelf instead of actually working.

The food is very good. The wait and line not so much. Would I come back? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes but only if you're not in a rush. If you're on a time constraint I'd go elsewhere. If you have time or in no hurry then yes by all means give this place a shot. The burgers, spicy chicken sandwich, and fish are all awesome. Very good food at a good price.,

They don't have enough chairs to fill the tables/bar. The tables haven't been cleaned and they aren't very busy. I love Checkers, but this is sad.

I have been a long time advocate for this location. At first, I use to tell people that the service was slow because the store is new. But over the years it has not improved. Having said this, the food is always fresh because unlike other fast food locations the food is cooked to order. Location always runs some amazing promotions.
