Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Zaxby?s in Clemson has a cozy atmosphere and good chicken tenders that they use in their sandwiches. I got the BLT sandwich meal which came with fries and a drink for about $7. It was really good, but it unfortunately doesn?t taste as good as the Chik-Fil-A which is right next door. If the pricing was lower, I would go more often.

I visited the Clemson, SC location tonight via the drive thru sound 6:00pm. It was extremely busy, the line of cars went out of the parking lot down the road. I gave my order, paid for received it....then drive home. When I got home we all sat down at the table to eat....that?s when we realized two of our three orders were incorrect. I called the restaurant, spoke with the manager on duty who immediately rectified the problem by offering two solutions. I decided to drive back to the store to get one of our orders remade (it was SUPERBOWL Sunday I REALLY wanted those wings!! . As soon as I arrived, the manager greeted me and quickly gave me the wings that I was after. I attempted to purchase cookies (they were looking very yummy in the display case the manager immediately insisted on giving me the cookies free of charge!! When I made it back to my house ate my wings...I?m happy to report that they were the BEST tasting wings that I?ve had in a VERY long time!!! Thank you so very much to the Clemson manager (he told me his name but I cannot recall for making this experience a good one!!! I will be back, it?s evident that they truly care there.

The sandwich my wife ordered was quite messy, and the service was just alright. However, the hot honey mustard wings were well-coated and tasted pretty good.

Just a few minutes after I got back to work, my manager surprised me with a bag of cheese bites! It turns out they weren't in my original order, so the manager brought them over to my office personally. That was such a thoughtful touch! I really appreciate how they handled everything, and I give them an A+ for their excellent customer service. What a fantastic team!

I visit this place quite often, and I'm always impressed by the staff and the generous portions they serve. The people here are very kind, and the food is consistently excellent.
