Tropical Grille - Clemson

The reviewer was disappointed in Tropical Grill, as they expected it to be good or even great. However, they found the ingredients to be not fresh, with slimy lettuce and tomatoes that seemed old. This made them question the age of the chicken. They stated that they would not return to the restaurant, and noted a lack of customers. They wished the previous Thai restaurant had remained open. Additionally, they mentioned being forced to listen to bad Christian rock music, which they found unappealing.

I am never disappointed when I come to this place! The food is always fresh and delicious. I can't wait to come back again!

The plantains and yuca fries at this restaurant were not prepared well. As a Hispanic person, I was disappointed to find the plantains burnt and the yuca fries too hard.

I had my fiancé order my food for me and I don’t care if she made the mistake or it was an error on the server at the windows fault my order ended up being incorrect. Instead of politely trying to fix thisMistake offer me the missing item on my wrap or give me another of the correct item they tried to explain how she ordered the item incorrectly. This is not good customer service whatsoever.I literally buy the same item there twice a week for my cheat meals.Never again will I visit this location and will share with anyone that asks the foul taste this experience has left me with!
