Bidrage med feedbackThey don’t understand or comprise their customers feelings when it comes to the mistakes they made ! i asked for crispy chicken on my salad so i called and complained. i know it doesn’t seem like much but rn i’m not able to get around as much cuz i sprained my ankle and i can’t drive so my bf is driving me around and he just went into a doctors appt so i wasn’t able to come and give the salad back mind you this is my first meal of the day.. but the girl otp told me if i wasn’t able to come back that day to show her they didn’t put chicken on the salad she wasn’t able to provide me a remake of my meal the next time i come. i would’ve expected some empathy but she just laughed at me so i hung up. 0/10
This is the cleanest store that I have ever been in and the staff is super friendly.It’s a shame that people leave fake reviews like the lady stating that she saw a mouse. I was sitting outside next to her when the store was closed because it was 9 PM and the lady said she was going to leave a fake review so if anyone to believe that please don’t Google should really block her from saying anything else . You should ashamed of yourself lady.
Arrived well before they closed and was told they couldnt serve me because the tongs were already put away! Very rude and horrible customer service. After I left, before 9pm, they locked the door and wouldnt let other customers in! Never again!

I love ordering from Saladworks, however this Saladworks had an issue with their printer not their computer and never had the decency to call me and let me know. I had to wait an hour to have my salad delivered and by the time I got it, my lunch was over. Thank goodness for the AMAZING Uber driver who called me to inform me and fix the issue. I am extremely upset with the way this was handled. They should not have their online ordering available, if they cannot contact their customers of issues. Be careful!
