Black truffle pasta was to die for. Wouldn’t order the NY strip again. Good service

Phenomenal authentic Italian food and the service was easily a 5 stars experience. The food was customized to make it vegetarian friendly and we have to say that it was tasty and flavorful! The whole staff took amazing care of us. The Risotto alla Milanese, Cacio De Pepe and the Spinach stuffed Artichoke hearts were delicious! We had an amazing family celebration and what better way to do it than at the IL Palio!

Food is phenomenal! Be mindful it's in a hotel lobby so the ambience isn't what you would normally expect from an upscale Italian restaurant.

Atmosphere and wait staff were very good. We were there midweek near the end of the evening so it wasn't particularly crowded. We were seated and attended to promptly. Our waiter was professional and personable and quick to respond to our requests. The food was good, particularly the stuffed artichoke hearts, but the lobster ravioli was lacking somewhat in flavor and the lesser-sized portions of the ravioli and the cacio e pepe were small, particularly for the prices charged. Not a bad special occasion restaurant but there are other similar places around where you can have an equally pleasant experience and feel you've gotten a better value for your money.

Food incredible. Waiter top notch. Manager very accommodating. Went for 26th wedding anniversary. Not busy. All lights on fully. Very bright. Candles on but so bright could't tell. Not rustic dark Italian atmosphere. We would go back for the good, but in the fall and sit outside maybe.
