Bidrage med feedbackThey just opened and it looks like this.. consistently disgusting in here and minus the one guy who runs the drive through mostly the staff is also consistently rude and talking about customers in spanish when they think people can 't understand them. Especially the 'couple ' that works there
I don't know what is up with Dunkin' but the service is sub par. Two customers in the store, one vehicle in the drive thru and a handful of employees who can't seem to keep up. And it doesn't help to use the app. When you arrive your order still won't be ready. Then they'll spill coffee all over the place. By the time I got home, there was coffee spilled in my car and on my hands and clothing. It's not just this store. I went out of the way to another store yesterday and they were just as bad. I know the job isn't as easy as it looks. Being customer facing has its challenges, but this is at an unacceptable level of service and a lack of value.
I stopped this morning for a Medium midnight coffee with 4 cream and 3 Splenda . Coffee was cold, cup was leaking, breakfast wrap was cold and greasy. I had on white pants and coffee leaked all over them. Coffee must have been sitting there all night because it was like mud.
Not only did I get my Dunkin run I also participated in national donut day and got my free donut.
Ever since the crew member came and new manager they have made my drinks really good and are very nice to me
