Chef On The Bay - Clearwater

When I called Chef Charlie to call her for the 90. booking my father's birthday, she promised me two things; the food would be delicious and I had nothing to do... not even get a napkin! Boy delivered her and her team! The food was delicious... it was AWESOME! And, true to her word, she and her crew pulled out and incredible spread and left the house and the kitchen immaculate. I'll use them again and again. If you are planning an event Chef Charlie is the cook you want! PS Make sure to get the Lobster Bisque Shooter!!!

Chef Charlie and her assistant Debra did an in home cooking class for a group of four of us. The menu had a wide variety of dishes to chose from. The class was about three hours long and allowed us to be as hands on as we wanted. The ingredients were top notch. They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone had an absolute blast! And they cleaned my kitchen and washed the dishes before they left : We plan to do it again. Would definitely recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing! I really appreciated the hospitality of Charlie and John; they were casual and funny, which made the experience even better.

I hired Boss at the Bay to cater my daughter's party for 30 people, and I was truly impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. The team went above and beyond in every aspect. I highly recommend them to everyone in the area. They are an amazing company, offering delicious food and excellent service! P.S. They also specialize in international cuisine, including Eastern European dishes!

I can't recommend this experience highly enough. Each dish was better than the last, and the warm, friendly service made us feel completely at home (pun intended). If you're looking for a caterer in Florida, look no further!
