Clearwater Stop

My husband and I stopped here for a late afternoon snack. Both of us had German sausages on a bun. They were not too bad. I think the locals get burgers here quite often as we saw lots of people coming up to order burgers. We enjoyed an ice cream after our sausage on a bun and that was really nice.The owner had a lot of advice of where to go to sight see.

Small place right on the highway with no inside seating. Excellent burgers... great for a quick lunch before rafting or en route.

What more can one say about this great little stop along Hwy 5? Located right off the Hwy - this is a popular 'Stop' for tourists and locals alike. Marcus's meals are a great value, one can enjoy the outdoors as they munch down on delicious burgers and follow this up with 'real' ice cream after spending the afternoon at the Dutch Lake Public Beach - just a few meters down the road. You will want to return once you've tried this delicious faire.

Cheap fast food, home made beef patties, tasty home fries..can't get any better on the road. Clearwater stop is seriously just a stop...on the right after you head out of clearwater going West. Lots of parking, great place for kids to run around and to walk your dog.

Delicious food and wonderful service. The owners are very friendly and the schnitzels and Polish sausage were amazing! It's the perfect place to stop on the way in or out of Wells Gray!
