Evy's Terrace Bistro - Clearwater Beach

Great place for a mature experience in this dach bar restaurant. rosy offers fantastic service that makes for a perfect night with friends and family.

Evy's Rooftop Terrace Bistro Bar is relatively new rooftop bar on the 6th floor of the Hampton Inn on the south side of Clearwater Beach and offers pretty views of the Clearwater Pass, the beach, the hotel pool, the sunset, passing boats, and Sand Key island. We found some seats and waiting for a server to come. Surprise no server came. I walked to the bar and the server says there is no table service at this establishment and she's the only bartender there. She gave us 3 menus for a party of 8. The drinks took 30 minutes and the food took over an hour and a half. The Loaded Nachos Grande came with Tortilla chips topped with choice of protein (chicken), queso, lettuce, pico, jolapeno, quacamole. This item was listed as a shareable item and was a large portion size. 6/10 The Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza came with cream cheese, mixed cheese, red hot chicken, pickles, and was topped with bufallo sauce. The amount of chicken was very little. 5/10 The Cuban Sandwich came with Marinated park, ham, pickles, Swiss, martard sauce and was listed on the menu as a shareable item but it was not a foot long sandwich but a 6inch. The serving size was too small to be considered shareable. 5/10 The Shrimp Tacos came with 3 medium sized shrimp Tacos filled with lettuce, Pico, cheese, Chipotle aoili but did not come with chips and salsa which is typical. The serving size was a little on the small side and left me hungry. 6/10 Sadly Service is non-existant at any restaurant or bar of the entire Hampton Inn hotel. While we were waiting I read quite a few yelp reviews where other people had similar situations yet management has done nothing to fix the staffing problems here and the staffing problems here are nothing out of the ordinary but the norm. If you want actual service and a larger selection of food, go to Jimmy Guanas or Shephards next door! If you're looking for just a drink or two this place might do if you're not in a hurry.

Great food, great drinks, great prices, and AMAZING staff!! Gina was our bartender and we absolutely love her! She made our night so fun and got to know us! I would definitely recommend coming here!! Such an amazing time!

The atmosphere (along with food and staff) are AMAZING! The views of the inlet are great and couple that with the fire features at night and it's memorable!

Wonderful place overlooking Clearwater Beach. Very relaxing atmosphere and super comfortable. Food is delicious and my old fashioned was on point. Best of all Gina took care of us like family. Say hello to her from Tom. Cheers
