The staff is very absent minded here and very unprofessional. Today I ordered bacon Farmers wrap and Waited for almost 10 minutes. Sandwich person was passing the orders without calling out the order details due to which someone else picked up my order. Another 10 minutes passed by and I asked the server about my order and she said that they already passed the order to me. It was really frustrating when I asked them to make my order and told them it’s their fault not informing customers about their orders and lady server refused to solve my issue and refuse to make my order again and didn’t even give me my hard earned money back. Horrible service! Every time I go there, they always forget my food order and I have to wait there and finally when they are free, I tell them I am missing my order. Such a waste of time. Few of the employees just talk and don’t work. Needs better management and employees. They also overcharge sometimes which is crazy. My coffee was good, but the bun that came with the chilli was rock hard. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
