Tim Hortons - Clearbrook

I go to this location frequently and have never been disappointed once. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and even memorize your to-go order. They are quick in service and are consistent with their quality every time.

I get my morning coffee and pastry here. They always are friendly and quick with the order. I make it on time for work!!I am surprised by the negative comments. Maybe it is because I am an early bird or only use the drive thru... I have not the same experience.Now the Tim Hortons on South Fraser Way and Gladwin ~THAT is a different story....

Every single time they mess up my order. bagel is untoasted, or has no cream cheese, or not cut, i have the same order everytime they come and each time it’s wrong. how hard is it to toast , and cut and put cream cheese on a

Feel very rushed every time I drive through. No personality work any of the staff, everyone seems to hate thier job. I have learned to check my tea every visit now as it is often coffee and when you leave the drive through there is no where to stop and check, or return around if it's wrong.....frustrating that this is the closest and easiest timmys to access for me in my commutes......

I regularly visit this tim hortons for my coffee and my experience is amazing.staff and management is very polite and customer service is excellent.Thanks to all team members and management.
