Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

So we entered right now when the signage of open was already on. It was 9.43pm. Upon entering one of the two attendants closed the open signage and when we ordered the girl on counter said that chicken is over just because they didn’t want to serve. The other girl was in such a rush of closing all doors and lights so that no one comes and orders again. Their focus was towards car parking as they wanted to check if there’s no one.Where’s customer service?? It’s not because of the food but the treatment for which I would give them 1 star. I have been to the one at High street and they served us even at last minute. Really unprofessional and responsible staff. Don’t they understand that someone coming even last minute to them means is either hungry or loves the food.Never go here , high street one is much better

I ordered a large burrito and they only put 1 bean on the entire tortilla, so it was really but like REALLY dry and boring , never coming back my mom makes them better :)Wheelchair accessibility: i got in to an accident when i was 12, my leg burned with hot coffee and they had to amputate it :

Excellent service with a smile. Very quick service as well. I walked in there were 6 other customers in line, I left within 5 minutes of entering. I was immediately acknowledged and continued to be communicated with during the whole process even though they we’re swamped.

Excellent food. Huge portions , basically 2 meals for 15$
