Bought 3 hot chocolates... None have chocolate in it. It's like warm milk with whip cream at the top. Horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been holding on leaving them a review but today is the last straw! The costumer service is terrible, the food is always cold even when they make you wait 10-15 min for “fresh fries” when you are at the window waiting for your food,they speak in their own language so you never know if they are saying anything about you! Today they gave me my food but not my drinks, when I asked for them the girl rolled her eyes at me, turned around and talk to her coworker and of course I didn’t understand anything then she rudely yelled “HEY” to get my attention because I wasn’t looking at her while I was waiting for my drinks. I don’t know if management isn’t there or if they just don’t care but if I was them I would definitely open my eyes and train my staff properly!!

I only use the drive through when I forget that I said I’d never come back here again. Slow, often asked to park and wait. I’ve sat 10 minutes waiting for their payment machines to work unsuccessfully only to be told that unless I pay cash they won’t give me the now cold food that they will throw out. Offered promo item in drive through but told it’s not available by the time i get to pick up window. Hopefully this review reminds me to avoid. Food: 2
