Ordered a matcha green tea smoothie thorough skip the dishes, my drink was purple and did not taste like matcha or apples. I knew it was wrong, when I contacted the store she hung up on me .Called back and she told me her manager says it has blueberries in it. I then read her off the drink ingredients and I told her match green tea is GREEN and does NOT have blueberries in it. And she told me skips menu must be incorrect and I then told her the Jugo Juice website is incorrect . She had the audacity to say What would you like me to do . I am at work I cant go in there, and then she says shes had a customer waiting for 10 mins.... I had been waiting for over an hour and I still was patient at this point and said call me back. She calls back and she said the next drink is free and took no information of mine. If this was an allergy concern this would be a liability issue, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT GO HERE, I will stick to my Booster Juice.
Took my daughter to Abbotsford jugo juice last night to use her “free drink coupon” (that she was gifted from her principal for doing a nice deed for a fellow student in need)We were told they won’t honour her coupon because it was being abused. It was a hard no so I asked the girl to get the manager/owner on the phone (as I knew she was only doing what she was instructed). She called the man and proceeded to speak a foreign language I asked politely if she could relay in English that it was unfair I couldn’t understand what she was telling him. She handed me the phone...he told me that it was being abused because they gave away too many that are being redeemed. When I tried to explain that it was unfair of him to punish my 13 year old daughter for his marketing error he hung up on me. He later called my husband back and had the same argument again. End result my daughter is the one who lost out as well as they lost out on a sale as my daughters drink would have been free but I would have been purchasing 4 others.I am so irritated by his attitude and lack of customer service! Hope all the PAC parents and faculty of the schools that use these as rewards see this mans poor judgment and think twice before using his services in your schools!!!!Signed a Disappointed Mommy!!!
