Clear Lake Shores/Kemah is always clean inside and we've been going for years as we live just south a few miles down Hwy. 146. Staff is always great and the food has always been really good. Usually do breakfast, but last time I had their cheeseburger. If you haven't tried their burgers lately then you are missing out. Patty/meat was really good and the bun was excellent as well cooked to perfection. Fries were really good and not greasy plus their Coke/Pepsi is good too with the right mix. I give them 5 stars for everything. Parking: Sometimes busy, but they have plenty of parking plus their is overflow parking around it if needed. Kid-friendliness: Our kids are grown, but we take our grandkids and their parents sometimes and it's a great place to eat at.

The worst experience at an IHOP I have EVER had!!! The waitress was clueless. All 3 orders were incorrect, they were sent back. They came back even worse. My son's burger was completely raw!! My other son's Nashville chicken tenders were not sauced, instead they had a cup of sauce on the side that was pure oil! My waffle was undercooked and di not hilave the cheesecake topping on it. I sent it all back and told the waitress to remove it all from my bill. The manager came to our table and was incredibly rude. He said if we didn't want to pay then we could just leave. Like I explained to him, raw hamburger meat could make people sick!!! This place is terrible. I 10 out of 10 do not recommended!!!

This review is based solely on our server, Daniel. We visited the restaurant while waiting for our car to be serviced. Daniel is without a doubt the best service experience we have ever had, anywhere. He should be training wait staff everywhere. He was genuinely friendly, not the fake friendliness we often encounter, and attentive to all of his customers. Thank you, Daniel, for restoring my faith in good people! Bless you and take care!
