Clayton Bakery Cafe

I visited this restaurant yesterday for the first time, and I won't be in a hurry to return. We ordered three slices of cake, which all looked incredible, but unfortunately, they were stale. The cake was hard, and the icing tasted outdated. I was very disappointed.

The customer service at this bakery has really declined. As a loyal customer for many years, I've made the decision not to return after experiencing rudeness from the staff on multiple occasions. Simple requests, like having my orders cut in half for sharing or asking for change for a dollar, were denied. I would rather go out of my way to find another place in the future.

I have ordered at least 20 to 25 cakes from Clayton Bakery for various occasions, including birthdays and wedding showers. Each time I pick up my cake, I am equally impressed. The cakes are always fresh and delicious, and the decorations, based on the photos I provide, are nothing short of amazing. I often recommend them to others and will never order a cake from anywhere else as long as I'm in this area. Thank you for yet another perfect addition to our celebration!

I needed to have 2 custom cakes made for my husband's recent promotions for him and the others in his unit. I chose Clayton Bakery because they were local and wanted something besides the chain stores cake for this occasion . They did a wonderful job decorating and the cakes were so delicious !!! 5 stars from us and his unit !! Everyone loved them... Thank you all for making the day special.. Not to mention the other goodies they make!!! They will have our business from now on!

I needed two custom cakes for a recent event honoring my partner and his unit. I chose Clayton Bakery because they are local and I wanted something unique instead of a boxed cake from a chain store. They did a fantastic job with the decorations, and the cakes were absolutely delicious! We give them 5 stars for their efforts! Everyone loved the cakes. Thank you for making the day so special.
