I don't think I ordered the hibachi dog, but that's what I received! When I returned with my complete order and asked her to make another dish because it didn't taste right, she refused to help. I was told that my issue had nothing to do with the food and that I was the problem. Having worked in the food service industry before, I know that when a customer complains, the staff typically goes out of their way to make things right. I've eaten here several times without any issues, but today the food was just not enjoyable. Requesting a new dish or a refund should not have been a problem at all. I spent $10 plus a $2 tip on something I couldn't eat, and I was treated very poorly.
