Bidrage med feedbackBarely open, the store front looks horrible with the curtains open sign all broken. Always has less than a few flavors of water ice every time I stop by.
Pulled in at 836 open sign was lit, 2 employees inside immediately the blinds came down over window and 1 person looked out the blinds (looked like a straight crackhead) and then turned open sign off. First and last time I pull into that parking lot. I even took a picture at 838 where u can clearly see the blinds down and the open sign off. I’ve been in the food industry and customer service all my life and I would terminate both of them on the spot!
The lady that worked today was def drunk. She took 25 min to make our gelati and pay. You can smell the beer through the small window!
They run out of some flavors but they do their best at quick service.
I always have some problem with this location. They have bare minimum of flavors and only 3 custard flavors. They never can do the rewards because the manager isn 't there . How is this place still operating?
