Mcdonald's - Clarksville

I've visited this restaurant about 4 or 5 times over the past month for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunately, the drive-thru waits are typically over 30 minutes just from the speaker to the food window. The place is always seriously understaffed, with only one or two employees handling everything while others stand around. More often than not, my orders have been wrong or completely lost. Except for one visit, my food has been cold, as if it had been sitting out for at least 15 minutes. I never returned to have my order corrected because I genuinely felt sorry for the overwhelmed staff who were working frantically just to catch up. The management needs to schedule many more workers. Until they make significant improvements, I will be avoiding this location. This restaurant simply cannot handle the number of customers in its area.

I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered two kids' meals with nuggets and an additional 30 nuggets. I ended up waiting 20 minutes, only to receive cold food and missing toys. When I spoke to the manager, he insisted that he had packed everything and claimed it couldn't possibly be cold. It's frustrating to feel like I have to go back for my order when it's 7° outside and the roads are snowy. I wouldn't recommend this place; they seem unwilling to do their job properly.

I wanted to like this restaurant since it's close to my house, but I can't give it another chance. They made a mistake with my breakfast order, bringing sausage instead of ham. Then, when I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, the burger patty was oddly folded in half, and the meat appeared overcooked.

I went to this McDonald's this past Saturday morning it was by far the worse service I have ever experienced at any McDonald's franchise. Not only did my food take almost 15min to get to me when it was only 8 people in the place but it was also the wrong order. The staff was horrible the managers seemed clueless on what to do. Other customers complained as well. I recommend the whole staff be fired as soon as possible.

This place is gross. Watched a lady putting together orders redo her hair over the food. Employees were going in and out of the dining room grabbing their own food off the line. No one wearing gloves or hair nets. Two people behind me wanting refunds waiting for 20 minutes. I just wanted my Halloween bucket…..Restaurant was filthy. No thanks. Do better.
