Los Bandidos Mexican - Clarksville

Very friendly staff serving good Mexican food. The new remodel and menu are a plus which make this a much more desirable place to eat. A must stop when we travel to Clarksville.

Los Bandidos is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Clarksville. They recently had a remodel, and the result is a much classier, cozier, and welcoming environment. Even with the cost of renovations, their prices did not skyrocket like some of their competitors.Their food is pretty much the same Tex-Mex that is prevalent in Virginia, but they have decent portions, and the food is tasty.I had the lunch special of a cheese enchilada served with rice and beans, and hubby had the shredded beef Chimichanga lunch plate with rice and beans, and we both had a diet soda.They serve a chunkier salsa which is a nice change from the watery spicy tomato sauce that most of the mexican restaurants in the area serve.Our waitress Crystal was an absolute delight!She was bright and cheerful, and provided us with excellent service. After chatting with her for a bit, she even recommended some more authentic Mexican restaurants in the Richmond area owned by the same family.The owner himself actually stopped by our table to see what we thought of the new look.All in all, it was an extremely pleasant dining experience. I certainly recommend that you stop in and give LosBanditos a try if you happen to be in the Clarksville area.Cost before tip: $22.17

We had carnitas, chicken, and ribeye. All of it was excellent. The service was great, especially considering the place was packed.

It is a nice restaurant with an excellent service. We were seated pretty fast despite them being busy. The staff even accommodated my request to change the spot.The kids loved their tacos. My food was quite plain and uneventful however, but I guess I should have known better based on the ingredients. Would return but order something different.

Birria tacos were excellent. House margarita was a little different, maybe some pineapple in the juice but still pretty good.
