Krystal - Clarksville

I witnessed something quite surprising at the restaurant: an employee was yelling because a customer had placed a separate order and couldn't keep up with the rush during lunchtime. Honestly, I would have missed my entire meal if my son hadn't reminded me to check the bags. While the employee wasn't rude to me, she was definitely unprofessional towards that customer, even getting upset over him wanting to keep only the drink he ordered. I'm not sure if she was simply overwhelmed or just wanted to get rid of him, but it was an uncomfortable situation.

I came here this morning to have breakfast. the food was fresh and tasty and the dame in the window was sweet and actually smiled me. what they see in almost food restaurants no longer much. I just wanted to make sure that I recognized them all for excellent food and service!

Cold enough inside to kill hogs. Asked if the A/C could be adjusted, was told they were not allowed too. Had customers not order and walk out because it was so cold. Food and service was good besides that but hard to enjoy it because of the dining room temp.

Always love me some Krystals. Food good here, drive up fast and they got order right. Just wish they'd expand beyond current area.

This isn't a bad crystals but like most places nowadays you have to wait a pretty long time to receive your food. But the food does come out hot and good like Crystal should
